Please call your pharmacy directly if you simply need to refill a prescription.
If your prescription has expired, call the Family Medical Center at 320-631-7200 and indicate that you need to renew a prescription or schedule an appointment with your physician.
You also may use our on-line request to renew an expired prescription. An automated e-mail response will confirm that we've received your request. Be sure to leave a phone number and best time of day to reach you. Please allow five days for your prescription to be sent to your pharmacy.
