Business Office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

If you have questions about your bill or insurance benefits, or if you wish to set up a payment plan, please call 320-631-7200.

Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. Copayments are expected at the time of service.

New patients who have no insurance will be expected to pay in full at the time of service.
